Volume Day



WoD:
Side Presses and Single Leg Squats/Balances

Pick a weight you can Back Squat for 10 reps and Squat it for 20. This is a single set.

Rest 5 minutes then
75 Ring Dips for time

Each time you drop off the rings perform 10 Kettlebell Swings
