Push Presses
10x2 @ 70%

Rest 5 minutes then
Barbell Complex
3 Cycles of 6 reps of each
Power Clean
Press
Back Squat
Good Morning
Behind the Neck Press
Bent Over Row

Rest 90 seconds between Cycles
