Make Up Day

Since we missed the One Legged Box Jumps yesterday, guess what we're working on today.

ME: Push Press 3-3-3-1-1-1

Rest 5 minutes, then:

5 Rounds
10 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
10 Squats

Rest 5 minutes then Sled Play Time

    145x3, Got greedy and jumped to 170x3 and failed.

    Tied on the metcon!!! 2:55 as rx'ed

  3. Oops, bad information. I checked my log, it says on Dec. 19th I did Push Presses 180x3 and 205x1.
