Since we missed the One Legged Box Jumps yesterday, guess what we're working on today.
ME: Push Press 3-3-3-1-1-1
Rest 5 minutes, then:
5 Rounds
10 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
10 Squats
Rest 5 minutes then Sled Play Time
Post loads and times to comments
Push Presses, not happy with these

Push Presses 175x3, then 190x1 (PR), tried for 200 and almost made it...

Oops, bad information. I checked my log, it says on Dec. 19th I did Push Presses 180x3 and 205x1.
