265# + 4 pairs of chains to a 12" box. That's a PR by 20# plus a PR on the depth. VERY EXCITE!!
Pistols with a 24k bell. My left leg is a lot weaker so I had to break up the 6 on that side.
Sprints as RX. Didn't time myself due to not being able to accurately time myself. My legs definitely felt heavy, but it was still a good sprint. Wanted to go heavier, but felt that weight was sufficient.
