5 Rounds
10 Kettlebell Snatches (Men use 24k/Women use 16k)
6 Deadlifts (Men use 315#/Women use 208#)
9 Elevated Ring Push Ups

    25#+ purple band shoulder presses. First set was with the 16k bell, but that was too much for 2 more rounds.

    11:27, I accidentally thought the work out was 15 push ups so I did 30 more than necessary. What does kill us...
