Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
Burpees
Ring Dips

    Forgot to do One legged box jumps with the classes. Got 5 per leg on the 18" box, pretty cool stuff. We'll do that tomorrow.

    Came back from class and there was the gear. The sled is awkward. I've never taken a step before and not moved anywhere lol.
