Play With Your Bells

Then Practice the Turkish Get Up and work to a heavy max per side with a barbell

  1. Here's another Chris-ism for you: After warming up to 155# "Ah fuck, this is gonna suck."

    TGU with 35# per side, that is hard. Look forward to more of those.
