10 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
10 Walking Lunges

    5x suicide runs and 9 pullups 10:00

    13 sets, the first three were full pushups the last 10 were on knees.
    I had a little pain in my right shoulder. I know what you are going to ask and yes it is pain. Probably a small muscle pull.
