  1. 100 reps on the 5 minute test with 25 seconds to spare and no rips. Feels pretty damn good.

    15 Long Cycles per arm.

    Prowler Bear Crawls with 20#. Get used to it.

  2. 65 Reps - felt better than in the past. Those bells are great workouts - i would like to get a lot better to maximize their potential.

    15 long cycles per arm - I did 15 on my right arm with plenty of time to spare so I called 20 on my left and hit a wall -still did 15 though

    Gotta love the Red Demon!
