400m Med Ball Run
5 Long Cycles (Men use 24kg/Women use 16kg)
10 Pull Ups

    As far as the Crossfit Challenges - Handstand RING pushups? Whoda thunk it, I wanna try.

    Koji Front Squats 135# 3x3- felt heavier.

    Med Ball run, long cycles, pullups 15:32 as Rx'd

    14:28 with a 20# vest on. Hard WoD.

    18:30 blue band funky kipping pullups/1 pood kbs - 10# med ball

  4. Homework; run 2 miles of fartleks

    treadmill with 12 lb weight vest/ run 10 mph for 1 min/ 12mph for 1 min = 26 minutes

    3 sets of 10 pull ups
