It is hard to follow at times, but may be the link you're missing in your rise to fitness dominance (not to mention the damn thing only costs $10). You can find it on the Amazon link to the right. In the mean time, check out this article from Mark's Daily Apple on sleep and what you can do to improve it. You may be surprised.

Put the 18# bar on my back and tried to jump with that but it wasn't happening. Got close but just couldn't get the hips fully opened. Soon...

6:31 as Rx'ed. Really happy with that since last time I did Burpee Box Jumps it was 50 straight through and slower than that.
Me too on the 18# bar, I could get to my feet but hips would not open all the way.
