Everyone has seen or heard of the the cable show "The Biggest Loser"., the show were obese people compete to loose the most weight. But does anyone else notice patterns throughout the seasons? "Dios Mios!" In three weeks Kathy has shown tremendous improvement. Three weeks ago her squat looked nothing like this, even though there are still a few minor adjustments to be made it's pretty darn good!
