    I rowed 500m yesterday and did "Annie" today.

    Row 1:30.7 PR from 1:31 and change.

    Annie as Rx'ed in 7:15. PR from about 7:55. Not sure on my old PR, but I know I was not this close to sub 7 last time. Good week so far. PR'ed 4 out of 4 days, hoping for a 5th tomorrow.
