Last time I found us doing weighted dips for singles was 8/20 - the same day we did that 250 fast than 250/slow row workout!I did 125x1 dips then, today 120 x2 (PR), I probably could've squeezed out 2.5 to 5 more lbs.
I have watched that video time and time again... Great way to show how to fix the squat!
