  1. Lower back was sore so no big numbers today.

    205x5, tied a PR
    225x3, went for 235, but before I even attempted a rep I re-racked it and threw on 240. Failed halfway up on the third rep.

    No clue on time, didn't have my watch, but guessing by the times of the songs it was around 5 minutes I'd honestly say. Rx'ed

  2. I know I did 180x3 , I think 165x5.

    8:35 I think on my time, 125#. Didn't feel real well on my lifts, better next time I hope.
