6:58 as Rx'ed with no breaks at all. The sit ups really effected my kips on the last round but I banged them out. Must be the hips getting more explosive.
9:50 as Rx'ed. The sit ups slowed down my kip on the last round also, minimal breaks just sloooow on the situps in the later rounds. I need to work on saving time coming down on the sit up.
