Depth Jumps

Deadlifts
10x2 @ 75%

Rest 5 minutes then
3Rounds For Time
25# Overhead Lunges
10 Push Presses (Men use 75#/Women use 53#)
20 Box Jumps (Men use 24#/Women use 18#)

  1. I liked the deadlifts w/ the bands, actually anything with the bands seems like it would transfer to better speed and power.

    Metcon 8:02. Could've done better had I not thought the box jumps were 30 each round
