Resisted Speed Drills



WoD:
Knee Jumps

Kettlebell Squats
3x10

Rest 5 minutes then
3 Rounds for time
15 Pull Ups
50 Sit Ups
15 Overhead Squats (Men use 100#/Women use 68#)

  1. Knee jumps not as quick as usual, much like the box jumps.

    Overhead squats felt good though, they actually felt easier in the last set even though I was getting better depth than in the first round... 10:12

  2. 13:14 as Rx'ed + 2 pairs of chains for the pull ups. OHS are getting easier. On the first round I only did 10 then realized it was 15 reps so on the second round I did 20 OHS's

  3. Knee jumps are coming along, I got a few with a frog like action.

    KB squats 33/33 - 33/25 - 25/33

    Blue band pullups, 43# OHS 14:43
