  1. SP 150#. Not my PR, but definitely a move in the right direction. I think my last 1RM attempt was 140#, that was down 20#.

    13:53 as Rx'ed. Struggled with the OHS (as I knew I would) on the first round. Had to ditch at least three times on rep #8. Last round did them all in one set however. Those are getting stronger too.
